Effective May 1, 2021, the Commercial Food Service Equipment division of Stevens Equipment Supply, LLC has been acquired by Stevens Management Group, LLC. This spin-off of our food service equipment division to Stevens Management Group was executed to provide even more focus on the two business segments. In early May, Stevens Management Group will change its name to Don Stevens, LLC, a familiar brand that was created 60 years ago.
Stevens Equipment Supply will now be solely dedicated to serving our heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) customers, and remains a wholly-owned subsidiary of Daikin. As a separate and independent entity, Don Stevens will be totally dedicated to serving the needs of our commercial food service customers.
In conjunction with this transaction, 20 Stevens Equipment Supply employees, who have been primarily or exclusively connected with our food service customers, will become employees of Don Stevens. The Don Stevens commercial food service equipment team will be led by Pat Brion, Vice President of Sales, Chris Rosky, General Manager, and Bob Krebsbach, Controller.
The Stevens Equipment Supply HVAC team led by Dan Beno and Dave DeSutter will continue working diligently to serve the needs of our HVAC customers.
