3. How to Enter: Every dealer company who purchases an S&P TR Model ERV from Stevens Equipment Supply between March 1, 2019 and March 31, 2019 gets a chance to win the prize drawing. You will be automatically entered in drawing by Stevens Equipment Supply. One chance per ERV purchased. Or complete and fill out the entry form below. Unlimited entry.

4. Contest Term: March 1 – March 31, 2019.  Entries must be received by March 31, 2019.

5. Winner Selection:  Prize winner will be randomly drawn and prizes presented to the winners by April 15, 2019. Chances of winning depend on the total number of entries received.
